Shipping - Currently we offer shipping to all parts of the UK. We are happy to ship to various over seas locations but this will be by prior arrangement. Shipping is by The Royal Mail 1st Class post at a flat rate of £2.50, all order are dispatched within 24 hours of being received and we would hope they arrive within 2-3 working days, though this is subject to the whims of the British postal system and may vary if you are lucky enough to live on a remote Scottish island or similarly wild place. If goods are lost or damaged in transit please inform us straight away so we lodge a claim against with The Royal Mail.
Tax - All orders made in the UK and the EU are subject to VAT at 17.5%.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working
days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by
contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number
supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are
responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the
goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their
value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are
at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.
